Best Tactical Pack less than $ 175?

I am thinking of buying a package of tactics, hydration or other, that can be used with proper uniform ACU, but can also be used for civilian travel, hiking, etc. I was looking at the Camelbak BFM and Motherlode … Is there any other brands, models that price range that you can recommend? In addition, it is better to get a package in a solid color as the Coyote Brown or acu pattern? I read that people has had some problems using the ACU pattern as in foreign airports and other situations. Thanks in advance. I'm in the army … not yet issued a package, and have a current job that requires me to be in uniform, but I have a backpack that meets the regs to be worn with ACUs. I wanted a package of tactics because I figured would be able to use it later if wanted.

Personally, I like Tactical Tailor. It is a small company in the area of Fort Lewis, great service customer, and was basically in the barracks founders when he began producing items for your squad / platoon.
