Extra butt “fat pack” right underneath the butt?!?

ive had these sorta fat packs underneath my butt since ive had a butt, it is hereditary and it looks a lot moere noticeable in person. it seems no matter how much i workout or eat, they will not go away. pleassee somebody help me how can i get rid of these! picture —-> please no immaturity or perverts.

Bicycle twist– obliques

Kneel with butt on heels and bend forward, strech your arms and hold the exercise ball with straight arms. Rotate ball to the left until you feel a deep stretch in left side, stabilizing with right hip. Rotate ball to the right, stabilizing with the left hip. Do 10 reps to each side.

Squats and reach — legs, chest, back
Squat deeply with lower back against the exercise ball, bottom slightly off the floor, feet wider than hips. Keep the elbows bent and at the sides, hands at chin level. Straighten legs and reach overhead, rolling back onto the ball until whole body is outstretched. Return to start. Do 10 reps.

Straight-leg raise—abs, butt, hamstrings
Lying flat back on the floor, arms on floor at sides, palms down. Place calves on the ball and lift hips using core strength. Raise the right leg as you bend left knee, press left heel into ball and roll ball in toward butt. Return to start. Do 10 reps; switch legs.

Perform one set of 10 reps of each move, building up to 20 reps. Do it three to six times a week for fab abs. And remember to really contract your abs as you do each move. Keeping your core tight will improve balance, making the exercises easier.
