I get a lot of spam, some of it still goes to my inbox, not in bulk? How to set permanent diversion?

I marked them as spam and are moved to Spam (BULK) folder, however, I have about 5-6 a day in my inbox. and about 50 in bulk to me! I delete that the content regularly too.
