I am trying to find a book on How to draw / Tips on drawing Vintage Pin-ups..any ideas please? thanks?
Don’t even bother. The best way to draw pinups is to concentrate on figure drawing period, and look at artists like Alberto Vargas (and though he’s not a pinup artist technically Tom Wesselman) and draw them.

A Christian artist named Jack Hamm did two books on Figure Drawing back in the day: Drawing the Head and figure and Cartooning the Head and Figure. My old drawing teacher recommended the first as a supplement to working from the model, and I’ve seen the other is generally recommended.

Figure drawing class, obviously, is important. Very important. There are DEFINITELY alternatives in your area. See what you can come up with and make a STRONG effort to afford them.
Also, I was told as a teenager to stop copying photographs so I stopped copying fashion advertisements. And I got nowhere until I started again in my thirties. I am well aware that what we consider glamorous today is not what was considered glamorous when Vargas is working, and that I’m possibly suggesting you look at (gulp) Cosmopolitan, which means you might be tempted to read an article there — but we all suffer for our art. And you basically have to get a feeling for our anatomy which really hasn’t changed since the forties, which is why I’m saying study Vargas and Wesselman.
Joe Chiodo has been around the comics and Fantasy industry for a couple of decades now. A lot of his covers have been heavily influenced by pinups. That’s why you might check out his book:

Oh, of course you know about George Petty, the Jantzen Swimwear artist?

In this case I have to say, look at his men as well as his women. I find it much easier to understand what he’s doing when I study or copy both.
Finally, when I answer any question about the human figure, I usually plug the figure drawing lab at the University of Evansville. Again, learn anatomy first then put the descriptors over it:
