How many calories should I really be eating?
I’m 16. Im not heavy, but im not skinny. Pretty average i guess, but i have alot of muscle.
Ive been doing the Turbo Jam Cardio Party (with the blue weighted gloves) 3 times a day. (a workout is about 40 min, and i really get into it, so i think im burning a good number of calories.) It claims you can burn up to 1000 caloris a workout? True, False? i dont know if you have done it or know how many you burn let me know .
To lost weight, how many calories should i be eating?? My BMR is about..1550? Thats approximatley.
If your BMR is approx 1550, and you add in your regular activities (walking, standing, showering, sitting, etc.) you can get your sedentary number of calories. For you, i’m guessing that that’d be around 2000. I would reccomend eating about that and then whatever you burn doing TJCP is icing on the cake =) Just don’t let your deficit go over 1000cals, because that can mess up your metabolism. (Trust me, I’ve been through that and it sucks.)
