Can a black and white medium (illustrations) in pencil? Or does it have to be in pen?

I'm entering an art contest, and my input has to be a black and white "means. I want to enter a piece that has been done in pencil, but do not know if it meets the requirement of pen … Anyone know?

Sounds like a pencil should be fine, but if you have any questions, would be more in touch with who is taking submissions for the contest and ask. Its definition may only include raw black and white pen and recorded representations, or could include graffiti and painting and textile arts, and even sculpture black and white. It just depends on the show.

Golden Retriever and Black Labrador,

Today I fell into a trap that I never permitted to enter. In fact, I trust my dog, my Nikki, March 1 retriever golden years.

Nikki is an incredibly loving dog, even more than usual for a golden retriever. She is gentle, good-natured and behaves quite well.

She loves going out for drives car, and she very well behaved dog in the car. She sits beside me, head hanging out the window and gently watching the world go by. She never stirred, restless or excited, even when she spots another dog out the window.

The other day, I took both Nikki and Benny my lab black out for a drive. This time Benny was sitting in the front. Nikki was in the back. As I have always had an open window back and forth.

I drove around the corner, and went on my way. And what do I see … Nikki, sitting near the front door. He must have jumped out the back window as it was pulling around the corner and ran to the door.

I had absolutely no idea they even had jumped. Never once did show signs of jumping.

Needless to say I was cursed. I mean, with a little imagination, could imagine what might have happened.

Rule Number one: Do not trust your dogs. No matter how well behaved their dogs are still dogs. Look out for your safety. Where your safety is first priority.

I should have known better. I try to make dog safety and dog training and dog nutrition my priorities. I have three dogs, two labs black, and my Nikki, a golden retriever. Dukie, one of my black lab is blind. Strangely enough, when I walk my three dogs and my neighbor comes and joins me with his dog, Dukie performs better. I love walking and driving directions. If you are watching, you never know he is blind.

The Labrador Retriever ("Labrador" or "laboratory" for short), is one of several kinds of retriever, and are the most popular breeds of dog (by registered ownership) in both states U.S. and the UK. The breed is exceptionally friendly, intelligent and good-natured, and as a rule, these qualities make laboratories to love people, treat children well, and therefore make excellent family and service dogs. Benny, my black Labrador and Nikki are certified therapy dogs. They visit the elderly in households.
Labradors are relatively large with males typically weigh 60-80 pounds (27-36 kg) and females 50-70 pounds (23-32 kg). They are energetic outgoing dogs, and are black, yellow or brown (called "chocolate") in color, in that order of frequency. Their skin is usually fairly short and straight, and the tail quite broad and strong. The otter-like tail and webbed toes of the Labrador Retriever make him an excellent swimmer. Their interwoven coat is also waterproof, providing more assistance for bathing. The tail acts as a rudder to change direction. Yellow labs can have black or pink noses, chocolate and black labs noses that matches the color of the coat.
Like other breeds, the English and American lines differ slightly. Labs are bred in the United Kingdom as a medium sized dog, short and stout with a more expensive than their U.S. counterparts, which are farmed as a larger dog. I have both, an Englishman, My Benny, and an American, my Dukie.
