I have a really big hole in my gums after getting my wisdom teeth pulled is this normal?

logically this seems normal teeth gone hole remains and at the post opt to talk about something else she saw that there was a lot of food stuck back there (at this point my cheeks were still huge and i was still in pain) so she gave me this devise to squirt food out but i guess what i am asking is will this hole eventually become flat or will i be left fishing pieces of chicken out of it forever?

it will take some time to get the hole healed, it may take from 2-3 months. Always gargle with warm salt water after food, see to that food does not get collected into that hole or it will get infected & delay the healing of the gums & bone.
