How can you tell the difference between a U.S. Army moderate and extreme cold Sleeping Bags?

I found a U.S. Army Issue Sleeping Bag for sale but the guy who sells not know if the moderate or extreme cold climate. I know that one will be heavier / bulkier than the other but I have no nothing to compare. Is there another way of saying?
