If I put a pack of cigs in my bag and follow a plan I will get in trouble?

I wonder. Seeing that I'm flying this winter. And yes I smoke. Do not tell me which is bad because I already know it is. But I wondered if he would get in trouble if I put a package in the backpack on the plane I was wondering if I could get in trouble or something. They probably do not realize that the owner of the bag is a minor. The cigarettes come through security all the time. Even if they realize that it will take no action. Not their job to enforce smoking laws.
