I'm stuck in a hole, how I can go?

Please help I need a method to exit immediately. I think I sprained my ankle in the fall .. seems to be about 10 meters high, luckily allot of brush me from the hard landing .. the problem is that it's raining and my battery almost iPads .. the walls are very slippery, moss-covered .. My parents are in the car and I leave it the iPad .. that is connected to the wifi cabins but the only weak and in and out … I sent an email, but they said they will not even check because "no technology in the holidays!" SHIT! What hell! Please, I'm serious about wanting to leave .. they think I'm camping in the back and not look for me until Thursday .. my bag is stuck in the shaft bottom .. I'm trying to throw stones at him to get off, but I'm so tired … please help me! No one can hear me screaming over the rain! what is e-mail address with the 991?
