Hello, just wondering what's cheap in the South Pacific and Southeast Asia?

Hello, I'm looking for a place to go in Southeast Asia or / and the South Pacific is not Disneyland resort but not entirely in the ass in the world so I'll be sitting in a secluded cabin with people looking at me and why the hell are you doing here? I'd really like somewhere that gives me the option of going inside for more cultural considerations or go to the beach to relax venue. If more in the South Pacific, where it can be very limited inside then disregard the above statement, then only beaches or near them is great. PS I have 28 years and would like a place with people my age, the place may be the kind of place where it is a fun party atmosphere or more with people who just go for the culture and the pack, did I mention once again that should be inexpensive, a bargain, not too DISCOVERED would be nice??

The South Pacific is more expensive than Southeast Asia. Figure U.S. $ 30 per day minimum (camping or sleeping in the bedrooms) in Fiji against perhaps $ 20 U.S. a day (sleeping in cheap hotels) in Thailand. Having said that, all other requirements are better met in Fiji or Samoa than they would in Thailand or Vietnam. Most of the South Pacific island speaks good English and lots of young backpackers hang out in Fiji. Southeast Asia is more "exotic "….
