What is a good pair of combat boots for snowy field?

I go to Norwich University next year and I need a pair of boots tan combat. They will be used in the snow more often, so to be waterproof and well insulated, they are a higher priority than having breathable material. They are used as part of the ACU, so that the guidelines for what can and can not be used are the same as those in the military. They must be able to be used with the ACU, which means holiday boots are out.
