how many calories should i REALLY be eating? pleaseeeee helppp?
i am 5 foot 5.5 inches and 104 pounds. i do 30-40 minutes of cardio 6 days per week. how many calories should i be eating? i have stomach fat that i want to get rid of. pleaseee help! i’ve tried those BMR calculators but i can never figure out how to get a calorie deficit if they factor in how much exercise you do (like the calorie intake changes with the level of exercise you punch in). like do i still count the 300 calories burned doing the cardio if it takes into account the amount of exercise i do? thanks.
2000 calories is good but you might need more than that, you are on the thin side.
